Return /Refund Policy
Because I love my clients, I have designed the least hassle-free policy possible. Only items purchased on MonicaTonyAesthetics.com will be accepted for returns. We cannot take returns on overly used / opened products. If your items were purchased at one of our retail locations, please contact that location directly to arrange a return. All service sales and gift certificate sales are final.
Retail items can only be returned if unused, in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit only and must be used within 30 days of issuance. If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a store credit on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges. All returns should be mailed to:
